About the Role

We’re seeking experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisors for upcoming FIFO and Residential projects to maintain high standards across camp facilities, accommodation, buildings, and public amenities. Offering a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and really cares about their team As our cleaning supervisors, you will lead a team to successfully ensure camp facilities and public amenities are clean, safe, and welcoming. You'll follow structured cleaning schedules, manage tasks efficiently, and assist with occasional additional duties. Your attention to detail and ability to lead a team while providing a high-quality service in the community will be paramount to the success of this role.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supervise a team to keep camp facilities, buildings, and public amenities clean, safe, and welcoming
Ensure that established cleaning schedules are followed and tasks are efficiently completed to a high standard
Support and undertake ad hoc duties to support the broader cleaning team
Maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Operate and care for cleaning equipment; report maintenance issues as needed
Please note some portion of this role involves outdoor work in hot weather. Please be comfortable working outside and able to tolerate the heat
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Previous supervisor cleaning experience in commercial, community, or facility environments is essential
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and organisational skills
C Class driver’s licence
Ability to work outdoors in hot weather and tolerate heat
Provide a National Police Clearance no older than 6 months
Ability to gain an MSIC card if required (Maritime Security Identification Card)
